Delivery & Returns

UK delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Orders containing vinyl or any other non-CD item are £4.75 per order by Royal Mail Tracked 48, free on orders over £75 after discounts. CDs travel in the same parcel at no extra postage. We post within 2 working days, packed in rigid mailers. We email your tracking link when your order is shipped by Tracked 48.

CDs on their own are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter at £2.50 per CD, usually 2 to 4 working days.

Changing your mind

For online purchases, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your records, then return them within a further 14 days. Please return records in the same condition you received them. You pay the return postage when changing your mind.

We refund the returned items and standard outward delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that it has been sent back. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Faulty or not as described

If a record is faulty or not as described, contact us so we can arrange its return. We refund the item and postage, including reasonable return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
